We clean up your past accounting records, reconcile accounts, and prepare your books for tax filing.

Business Registration and Incorporation (Sole proprietorship, Company, Partnership)
• Basic Incorporation: $499 + government fee (articles & filing)
• Complete Incorporation Package: $499 (+gov. fee) + $50 NUANS + $75 GST/HST + $75 Payroll/WSIB

Information technology need analysis
• $500 - $1,000

Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) assistance:
We assist with CRA notices, account setup, installment negotiations, audit representation, and penalty relief requests.
• Account setup (GST/HST, Payroll, My Business Account) – $150
• CRA letter response – $400
• Audit representation – from $1,000 (custom quote)
Taxes or penalties owed to CRA are not included in our fees.
